At Onafra Jewels, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer easy exchanges and store credit options under the following conditions.
ποΈ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept exchanges and returns within 3 days of delivery for orders within Pakistan.

Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returns will be processed only after approval by our support team.
To request a return or exchange, please contact usΒ with your order details. The item must be sent to our location in Rawalpindi, and once received, we will dispatch the replacement.

Return Shipping Cost:
- For damaged or incorrect items, the replacement will be sent free of charge.
- For all other exchanges, a shipping fee of PKR 250 applies.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediatelyΒ . We will arrange a free replacement at no extra cost.

- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged.

We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, customers will receive a store credit coupon of the same value, which can be used for future purchases on our online store.
