Shipping Policy

At Onafra Jewels, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. We offer fast and secure shipping to ensure your jewelry reaches you in perfect condition.

 Shipping Details:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. In rare cases, processing may take up to 5 business days during peak seasons.
  • Custom & Personalised Orders: Bespoke or custom-designed jewelry may take 2-3 weeks for crafting and shipping.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery varies based on location and courier service. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
  • Shipping Restrictions: We do not deliver to APO, FPO, or PO Box addresses for security reasons. A signature may be required upon delivery.

 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and coordinate with the courier in case of any delivery issues.

  • If your package is on hold by the courier or delivery attempts fail, you must contact the courier service to arrange for redelivery or pickup.
  • If the courier service is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, they may return or dispose of the package, and Onafra Jewels will not be responsible for such cases.

 Multiple Orders

If you place multiple orders, we will try to ship them together whenever possible. However, if items are shipped separately, you will receive separate tracking numbers.


Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a return or exchange option under the following conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry is non-refundable unless it arrives damaged or defective.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or damaged.

 How to Initiate a Return?

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order details.
  2. We will provide return instructions and shipping details.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
